3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Yearly plans include a 10% discount. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

Questions, explanations, and analyses are generated using AI models and may contain inaccuracies. TestNexa is a study aid — always verify critical information from official sources.

7. Prohibited Activity

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, tamper with scores or leaderboards, scrape the Service, or reverse-engineer our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, branding, and content (excluding user-uploaded material) are owned by TestNexa. Uploaded documents remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. TestNexa is not liable for exam outcomes or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
