Refund Policy

Eligibility

We offer a refund on new paid subscriptions within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not consumed more than 20% of your plan's monthly quota.

Non-Refundable

• Renewals of existing subscriptions.
• Marketplace note purchases once the file has been downloaded.
• Yearly plans after 14 days from purchase.

How to Request

Email us via the contact page with your registered email and order reference. We respond within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.
